Garrett Fraino

As Top Score’s Assistant Director of Advising, I partner with prospective and current families to design customized academic programs for their children.

My educational journey began with my mother, who taught elementary English language learners and students with special needs. Helping my mom in her classroom ignited a passion in me to teach and support others. I was an AVID tutor in high school, and in college, I worked as a substitute teacher during my breaks. Following this, I worked as a consultant for KPMG and Guidehouse in Washington, DC. Most recently, I served as a program director for Mais Caminhos, a non-governmental organization in Rio de Janeiro that focuses on social development and education. I hold two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business IT from Virginia Tech—Go Hokies! Outside of work, you can usually find me with my husband, eating our way through our favorite restaurants.
