Lilly Vickerman

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada but moved to Washington, DC for high school where I attended National Cathedral School. I am now a math and economics double major in my second year at Georgetown University, and I have been tutoring for four years! I am also one of 6 daughters.

I have an intimate knowledge of the school system in the area and what it is like to be a student, and thus, I create a learning environment based on fostering trust and confidence that allows the student to come away from tutoring sessions with more self-assurance. I value building rapport with students in a fun environment where they can find solace in the fact that I was once in their shoes. I want students to understand math on a foundational level that can then be applied to harder concepts (and hopefully have some fun doing it!)
